UL Listed HomeSaver Foil-Face FlexWrap Insulation

When you use genuine HomeSaver Foil-Face FlexWrap, you're getting the best dollar-for-dollar insulating value on the market and insulation is a necessary part of a UL Listed HomeSaver solid fuel relining installation.

Foil-Face FlexWrap is truly a great insulator. It consists of special ceramic fibers that resist separation, making it perfect for installations with bends and offsets. When installed, it also helps to center your liner properly in the chimney.

HomeSaver's special ceramic blanket is covered with a tough aluminum foil that's 2 mil thick. The foil adds insulating value and makes FlexWrap easy to work with and easy to cover with HomeSaver ArmorMesh (shown below).

To install FlexWrap, simply wrap it lengthwise on your pipe and seal the seam with Foil Tape (also shown below). Then cover it with HomeSaver ArmorMesh Insulation Cover. Some of our customers opt to wrap the insulation every two feet. Lengthwise is better, but either way will give you the coverage you need.

Available in 1/4", 1/2", and 1" thick, it comes in 25' rolls. There are two widths in the 1/2" to choose from, 24" and 48" and three widths in the 1/4" to choose from: 24", 30", and 48". Note: Only one wrap of 1/2" thick FlexWrap brings your flex reline to the UL 1777 Standard for zero clearance.
