HomeSaver 316 Alloy RectangleFlex
Flexible Stainless Steel Relining Pipe
316 Alloy is much more resistant to corrosion than 304 Alloy and is best suited for wood, coal, oil, and category 1 gas appliances.
Before HomeSaver came out with RectangleFlex Chimney Liner, a whole lot of chimneys could not be relined with stainless steel without downsizing, and downsizing goes against NFPA 211 code. You see, there are many 7"X11 " flues out there and trying to vent an 8" round woodstove or coal stove exhaust through that 7"X 11" was impossible, until now.
Even relining a fireplace chimney properly to still be able to use it as a fireplace, was near impossible. You see, you need to maintain, as close as possible, the cross- dimensional area of your existing flue in order for your fireplace to vent properly and not smoke up your house.
All other components you may need which are not listed here, like cap, storm collar, etc. can be ordered from the 304 Alloy RectangleFlex page.
Plus, now you can get custom made 316 Alloy RectangleFlex in 94 different sizes! It's called Dial-A-Flex! This new option allows you to reline virtually any size chimney flue. Custom sizing and length cutting are done in the Ohio Plant and shipped the next business day if you order before 1 PM eastern time.

Don't forget, if you want to get the UL Listing to the 1777 Standard you must insulate. Insulation also helps cut down on creosote formation and aids in draft. *Click here for Flexible Liner installation diagrams.
