WoW, what a concept!
Only here at Hart's Hearth are you able use our Build-To-Order (BTO) program
to help you build your chimney piece-by-piece. Build-To-Order helps our customers by offering a chimney kit that can be configured and tailored for their specific needs.
Our BTO Chimney Kits start off with our "Top Choice" DuraTech chimney in a basic kit for a typical home. There are different kits for different homes (i.e.; 1 story, 2 story, through the ceiling, or through the wall). You can order the kit as is, or you can customize it with our easy step-by-step process, all online in the comfort of your home. When you finish customizing your chimney, you can order it right then and there. It will be shipped quickly and in your hands for you to
start your project. In many cases, it is delivered in just a few days of placing your order.
If you are not sure if your kit is exactly what you need, you can opt to save your quote in your account file and send it to our support team for review. Once our support team reviews your quote and goes over it with you, you will be able to turn your quote into an order quickly. Of course our support team is here to help you by phone if you have any questions, but with the step-by-step process and full instructions supplied, we think you will be amazed how easy our BTO system is.
In the near future we will also set up the Build-To-Order program so you can build a reline kit for your chimney, part-by-part, or it will allow customers to get
a quote and order custom chimney caps, tops, and chase covers.
